Ironman Nice training week 2

Pushing the distance on the swim. Gutted the session ended before I got to complete the mile.

Monday

  • 1 1/2 hourĀ  turbo trainer
  • 2x 6k ergos (power and time intervals)

Tuesday

Circuits and core stability

Wednesday

1400m swim

Thursday

1 hour turbo trainer

Friday

Rest day
