Feeling tired constantly. Sleeping through alarms. Finished the week on a high.

Monday

Bike – 18k commute

Rowing – short ergo, weights

Tuesday

Bike – 18k commute

Wednesday

Swim – 1 hour masters, 1 hour stroke training

Thursday

Run – 30 minutes

Friday

Swim – 1 hour

Saturday

  • Run – hour and a half
  • Bast run in years. Low heart rate and steady speed.

Sunday

Bike – 2 hours road
